all returns must be notified within 2 days of receipt of the goods and returned in 7 days(USA and Australia must have proof via tracking that the item has been shipped within the 7 days) any p&p charges will be the responsibility of the buyer and no refund will be given for this. Please return any authorised goods by a secure tracked postage method as the goods will be the buyers responsibility until they are ​signed for and received by me.Any unauthorised returns will not be accepted and will therefore return to you the buyer.Any authorised returns will be repaired or replaced depending on the circumstances.Any returns that have been worn or damaged in any way or with any odours of any kind or perfumes etc. will not be accepted as a return.p&p will not be refunded and a 15% restocking fee may be applied at my discretion.customised items are not accepted for return.see the distance selling regulations on this.Buyers from outside the EU please check with your own countries customs about any duties that they may levy on you.these are not included in the selling price and I have no responsibility for these nor do i know what they may be as they are levied by your customs of the country in which you live. any delays of goods in customs shall not be deemed a valid reason for return.All descriptions of the items in my listings are my own personal views of the goods for sale and I have tried to describe them as honestly as I can.please ensure that the measurements you send are correct as I cannot be held responsible for any wrong measurements being given.
